Our products are under warranty 24 months parts and labor from date of original delivery. The warranty only covers defects due to manufacturing (exluding fuses).

Inspection upon Receipt
Every SENSOREX device is carefully inspected, and operates correctly at the time of shipment. Each device must be tested on receipt. If damage is found, a claim should immediately be filed with the transportation company.

If a device requires service, contact your nearest SENSOREX agent.
The agent will provide service as rapidly as possible, and will arrange factory returns if necessary. Please state the device model and serial number in all correspondance with the company. Adress all inquiries to your nearest SENSOREX Agent, or to :
